These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between az444 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this website ("you", "member"). 3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on az444, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information will be cancelled, and any wins or losses on such accounts will be considered void.

• At the time of registration, you must provide your real name, correct contact details, and valid payment method information.
• If any of your details change at a later date, notify our support team immediately.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify az444 support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

az444 reserves the right to verify your identity in the interest of security and fraud prevention. The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Copy of National ID card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Relevant mobile banking details for payment method verification

If verification documents are not provided, it will not be possible to complete the withdrawal process.

4.1 Deposits

The following mobile banking methods can be used to deposit funds on az444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally processed quickly.

• There are no processing fees on deposits.
• Use only a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, az444 reserves the right to hold or return the deposited funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once proper verification is complete, withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• To withdraw winnings from bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be met.
• If any discrepancy or unusual activity is suspected, az444 may delay a withdrawal and request supporting documents.
• Funds received from az444 will only be transferred to your own account — they will not be sent to a third party's account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on az444 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus — making your total balance ৳2,000.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = after placing ৳15,000 in bets, the bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• There is a specific time limit to complete the bonus wagering requirement — if the requirement is not met within that time, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Program

The az444 VIP program has four tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers may be changed or discontinued at any time at az444's discretion.
• Only one account per person per device or IP address is eligible to receive a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another member.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

All games operated on az444 are conducted according to specific rules. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of a game before playing.

• Game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) — this is fair and transparent.
• If the outcome of any game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, az444 reserves the right to cancel that round.
• If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the outcome will be determined according to the technical records.
• In sports betting, if the date or venue of an event changes after a bet has been accepted, the matter will be handled in accordance with the terms of that specific bet.
• In the case of multi-bets or parlay bets, the individual rules of each selection apply.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account cancellation and the balance held may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity
• Manipulating or exploiting games or the bonus system
• Using this platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes
• Behaving in an inappropriate or offensive manner toward az444 staff

8.1 Closure by az444

az444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Evidence of fraudulent activity being found
• Failure to provide age or identity verification documents

8.2 Closure by the Member

You can close your account at any time. To do so, contact our support team. Please settle all pending withdrawals before closing your account.

• If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned subject to meeting the withdrawal criteria.
• Bonus funds and bonus winnings with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
